Join me in the beautiful Canolfan John Burns Centre every Tuesday at 7pm for a flow class designed to stretch and strengthen, leaving you feeling calmer and brand new with that post yoga 'glow'. Dimly lit with feel good essential oils. Suitable for all, including beginners. Please bring a mat if you have one.

Cancellation Policy

Indoor classes. There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes. Cancellations later than 24 hours prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded or credited. Workshops, courses, programmes, events and similar must be cancelled a minimum of 7 days prior to their first start date to receive a full refund, no refunds can be given after.  Beach and outdoor classes. There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes, where a credit will be issued. Cancellations later than 24 hours prior to class start time for any reason will not be credited. If the classes are cancelled due to bad weather, a credit will be issued to enable you to practice again at any session you wish. No expiration date. Therefore, it is often advisable to book nearer to the class start date to ensure the class will go ahead.
