Spring awakening reset ~ mini morning retreat. Saturday 1 April 23' 10am-12/1pm Pembrey, Carmarthenshire Following the Equinox, this mini morning retreat will be a little spring clean for yourself! Shedding the winter months and emerging feeling lighter and brighter. We'll move through a mindful but energising yoga practice, integrating breathwork (suitable for all) creating space within to welcome the longer days. They'll be an opportunity to set your intentions for the season ahead and reflect on the last couple of months ~ releasing anything that no longer serves you. For the adventurous ones, we'll head to the beach at 12noon for a wander and dip in the sea as a revitalising way to end our morning (this part is totally optional). They'll of course be treats of the seasonal kind for us to enjoy, along with a goody bag to take home 🤍 The event will be held at the rece
