ABOUT

Hi!

...a little about me.

I've always loved to move my body, not only for the physical benefits but from a young age I've
recognised the positive affect on my mind too.

However, I haven't always practiced yoga.

I spotted some 'yogis' doing their thing on a beach in Australia back in 2015 - they looked so 'zen' and throwing some pretty funky shapes! I was desperate to give it a go. I tried a couple of classes and loved it but it wasn't until my move to Wales that I got totally hooked when joining Hotpod Yoga South West Wales. With a ballet background, I immediately resonated with the Vinyasa style of movement and my mind was super thankful for the complete switch off.

In 2018 I was lucky enough to train with Jamie Blowers in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, developing a keen eye for alignment and a real passion for the art of teaching. From then on we built a little yoga community in Carmarthenshire. I've recently spent 9 months teaching for some beautiful studios in my home county, Devon, gaining insight, learning and growing.

So here we are again, sharing all the yoga back in Wales and combining it where possible, with my love of the beach!

I'm a 200 hour qualified yoga instructor and a member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
You'll find me
teaching both Vinyasa flow (a string of poses that 'flow' from one to another, syncing breath to movement and a more Restorative 'yin' class, slowing things right down.

I'm currently teaching in Burry Port, Kidwelly & Llanelli.

My classes are super inclusive, I want you to feel at ease, to be yourself, to provide a space where you can relax and release the outside world. Please don't shy away if you're a beginner, you don't think you're flexible enough or you feel you need to be a certain body shape. Every. single. body. is. welcome.

We laugh, we smile, we walk out feeling brand new.
